Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of and drive information security initiatives across CSI, including vulnerability management, source code scanning, IAM, authorization concepts, and toxicity remediation.
  • •Coordinate and support pentest activities by liaising between external/internal testers, application teams, and ISOs to ensure findings are addressed.
  • •Contribute to risk management, including supporting the lifecycle of information risks in Archer and Presto and assisting with audit preparation, support, and evidence readiness.
  • •Support the Allianz Risk Shield (ARS) process across CSI, helping teams through evaluation, attestation, evidence, and completion phases and coordinating Risk Shield cycles.
  • •Maintain and verify data in tools such as ServiceNow, ADOIT, Presto, and Archer; gather, structure, and document IS knowledge on Confluence/SharePoint/Wiki pages for the team and AI agents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Informatics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) with 0–3 years in information security, IT compliance, or IT governance.
  • •Basic understanding or strong interest in vulnerability management, source code security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), authorization concepts, pentest coordination, or IT security incident management.
  • •Understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal security standards (e.g., AFRIT, corporate rulebooks).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence), and willingness to learn enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, ADOIT, Archer, Presto, and GIAM.
  • •Fluent English (required); German is not required but an advantage.
