Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the data collection stack end to end, including browser tags, mobile SDKs, server-side endpoints, and ingest.
  • •Define the schema and versioning contract, ensuring compatibility across SDK versions in the field.
  • •Lead identity handling across anonymous and authenticated records across devices and sessions.
  • •Integrate with CustomerLake products such as Profile & Campaign Agents.
  • •Own performance and reliability targets (page weight, latency, and failure behavior) so collection doesn’t degrade the host application.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead or leading other tech leads on complex enterprise software projects.
  • •Own an SDK or client library consumed by external developers, including native iOS and Android.
  • •Deep browser-side JavaScript experience, including bundle size, async loading, CSP, and storage/cookie restrictions for tracking prevention.
  • •Strong experience with high-throughput server-side collection systems, including edge endpoints, batching, retries, and delivery guarantees.
  • •Practical grounding in consent and privacy requirements, including regional routing and data minimization.
