Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent IT infrastructure client projects and, when applicable, larger programs across multiple business areas, geographies, and technologies. Drive delivery from concept to final implementation, ensure handover to operations, and coordinate project teams through scope control, change management, and stakeholder communications. Act as a single point of contact for client satisfaction and escalations, manage risks and issues, and support pre-sales efforts by scoping and costing solutions for proposals and tenders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects, and for program management ensure multiple related projects align to a common objective.
•Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation and ensure handover to operations.
•Ensure client satisfaction by acting as a single point of contact, managing escalations, and maintaining quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
•Manage project/program delivery with rigorous scope control and change management, including coordinating teams via task delegation and resource assignment.
•Document and manage risks and issues, provide clear communications, and support pre-sales by scoping and costing proposals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business and/or project management or a related field.
•Advanced project/program management experience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
•Demonstrated understanding of the project/program life cycle and strong project/program change management competency.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
•Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required (ITIL is beneficial).
