Manager – FZ Compliance & Control

Lead compliance and control across the Abu Dhabi Free Zone by enforcing ADFZ rules and regulations and ensuring companies meet environmental, health, and safety, security, licensing, employment, and anti-money laundering requirements. Oversee risk identification, evaluation, and management, review risk reporting and incidents, and plan inspections using a risk-based approach. Supervise the FZ Risks and Control team and coordinate with government authorities and internal support functions to enable approvals.
