Key Responsibilities

  • •Support receipt and shipping of inventory, including identification and documentation.
  • •Maintain alignment between physical inventory locations/quantities and the ERP system.
  • •Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical space optimization.
  • •Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders, including Purchasing and Production.
  • •Perform mechanical inspections of incoming and in-stock materials, including dimensional verification and conformance verification using pre-programmed CMM routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school or vocational school diploma.
  • •5+ years’ experience in material management or manufacturing operations (or related field).
  • •Experience using ERP systems for inventory tracking.
  • •Experience with mechanical inspection tools including calipers, XRF, and CMM.
  • •Hands-on attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
