Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and advise on M&E services and consultancy work.
  • •Review design briefs, contractor proposals, and engineering drawings.
  • •Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost analyses for MEP works.
  • •Handle pre- and post-contract administration and contract documentation.
  • •Assess variation orders, valuations, payment claims, and final accounts, and attend site/consultant meetings to coordinate on MEP matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University.
  • •4–5 years postgraduate experience in design, supervision, project management, cost estimating, tendering, and pre- and post-contract administration for mechanical or electrical disciplines.
  • •Responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • •Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • •Good communication and written skills in English; Building or Quantity Surveying degree and experience with mechanical/electrical building services are also considered.
