Key Responsibilities

•Hands-on coding to build integrations, APIs, and data models connecting Couchbase with customer ecosystems.
•Configure Couchbase Server, Capella (DBaaS), and Mobile products for latency, throughput, and reliability.
•Design and implement advanced data architectures, including Vector Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns.
•Embed with customer development teams, participate in sprints and code reviews to ensure best practices.
•Troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment hurdles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 152,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Technical Consulting.

•Polyglot development proficiency in at least two major languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or C#).
•Deep understanding of NoSQL concepts, distributed systems, and SQL-based query languages (N1QL).
•Experience navigating Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
