Team Lead, Market Operations

Lead day-to-day operations for a local Carvana hub, owning market launch execution, logistics, and ongoing market success. You’ll manage employee and customer experience, coach and develop a team of Customer Advocates, and drive continuous improvements through trend assessment and proactive problem-solving. In a fast-paced, customer-service environment, you’ll also handle complex customer issues, monitor reporting for upper management, and help maintain strong team morale.
