Job Summary

Deliver IT/digital projects from the Global organization into the Latin America region, ensuring end-to-end delivery with cross-functional collaboration. Assess stakeholder objectives, apply appropriate analysis methods (predictive or iterative), and drive effective requirements management and change control to keep Adidas at the digital edge of sportswear.

Key Responsibilities

•Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements, problems and identifies options for consideration.
•Contributes to selection of the business analysis methods, tools, and techniques for projects, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.
•Requirements definition and management.
•Facilitates input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge and enables effective execution of requirements.
•Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.

Key Requirements

•Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Proficient spoken and written communication in English (B2 level).
•At least 2-year experience in tech/digital fields related with project implementation.
•Strong understanding and knowledge of the regional and global market landscape and the respective customer.
•Proven experience in handling a high variety of stakeholders amongst complex organizations.
