Job Summary

Own delivery of medium to high-complexity programs and portfolios for strategic financial institution clients, ensuring Fiserv meets commitments. Define client business objectives and success metrics, and develop integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery schedules across business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary program owner for medium to high-complexity programs, portfolios, or projects of strategic importance.
•Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships with client leaders and internal partners.
•Act as a strategic advisor to clients to achieve desired business outcomes.
•Champion the voice of the customer so feedback informs roadmap, delivery, and solution decisions.
•Own client business objectives and success metrics, and lead development of integrated program plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and delivery schedules).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
•6+ years of experience in program and project management within business and IT environments.
•Proven success delivering large, complex, and strategic programs.
•Demonstrated experience with data-driven management, metrics, and executive reporting.
•Experience influencing cross-functional teams.
