Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building client relationships daily.
  • •Analyze store reports with leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipments and ensure product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
