Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and administer the program change control process, including intake, impact assessment, disposition, approval routing, and closure of change requests.
  • •Assess and document cost, schedule, scope, quality, and contractual impact of proposed changes and present findings to the change control authority.
  • •Maintain the program change register and reconcile it against baseline schedules, budget, and deliverables register, ensuring updates within turnaround times.
  • •Own transition readiness framework elements—readiness criteria, go/no-go gates, operational acceptance conditions, and rollback provisions—then confirm readiness ahead of each cutover.
  • •Integrate change management with program risk management by maintaining traceability between risk and change registers, escalating risk concentrations and trends to PMO leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance, contingent on successful completion of the Public Trust investigation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • •Minimum eight years of progressive experience in change management, transition management, or program controls, including at least three years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of formal change control for a federal or government contract, including cost, schedule, scope, and contractual change impact assessment in task order/delivery order structures.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of readiness criteria and gating for transitioning a system or major process into live operational use.
