Job Summary

Build and deploy high-speed networking technologies that enable AI/LLM applications at hyperscale. Design platforms for monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis of large-scale AI/LLM networks, and develop high-performance AI communication frameworks and network protocol stacks. Co-design host-network-application performance to improve scalability, reliability, and throughput, and help create next-generation AI network infrastructure for heterogeneous network hardware.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and deploy high-speed network technologies to support AI/LLM applications.
•Design and develop platforms/systems for monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis of large-scale AI/LLM networks.
•Research and develop high-performance AI communication frameworks, network protocol stacks, and codesign optimizations for host-network-application performance.
•Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/LLM network systems through host-network co-design.
•Build next-generation AI network infrastructure for large-scale heterogeneous network hardware with deployable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in computer science, electronic engineering, network engineering, or a related field.
•Proficiency in computer networking and network programming.
•Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages, including C/C++, Python, and Go.
•Familiarity with high-speed network systems advances such as RDMA, congestion control, and AI network optimization.
•Plus: experience building high-performance communication frameworks (e.g., NCCL, MPI, RPC) and/or software for AI network diagnosis and performance optimization.
