Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to assess staffing needs and develop client deliverables for the Municipal and Government segment.
  • •Drive business results by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and raise margin in the public-sector market.
  • •Ensure consistency across teams delivering municipal/government services, including accuracy, timely delivery, and conformity to NFP standards.
  • •Proactively lead account teams and maintain excellent client experience and competitive positioning.
  • •Develop client and partner relationships, monitor market/procurement/budget/regulatory developments, and provide strategic sponsorship for key meetings and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 10 years of proven experience (BA/BS preferred).
  • •Experience leading account management for municipal, government, or other public-sector clients strongly preferred.
  • •Solid understanding of benefits brokerage and consulting, including benefits administration, compliance, benefits financing, and carrier products/services.
  • •Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.
  • •Ability to translate public-sector requirements and market developments into practical client strategies, service models, and team priorities.
