Lead external recruitment efforts to attract top leaders who will join the organization’s corps and advance educational opportunity. Own targeted campus recruitment strategy across New Jersey or the Philadelphia region, run events and cultivation meetings, source and outreach to high-potential prospects, and steward candidates through admissions. Collaborate with internal recruitment managers and regional teams, use campaign data to refine approaches, and ensure accurate prospect/campaign records in the internal CRM.
