Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety and awareness by leading or joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection protocols.
  • •Maintain a strong store presence (75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment.
  • •Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives with store managers.
  • •Monitor and investigate potential losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
  • •Handle incidents professionally by de-escalating situations, executing audits, and preparing asset protection reports; represent Sephora in court if required.

Salary: USD 25 - 29.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
  • •Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
  • •Build trust and collaborate across teams.
  • •Conflict de-escalation skills and professionalism during incidents.
  • •Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools, including attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
