Location: Israel
Workplace: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own microarchitecture definition and RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for complex AI acceleration IPs and subsystems from concept to silicon.
  • •Drive and align architectural and microarchitectural trade-offs (performance, power, area, timing, and design complexity) with system-level goals.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship, set design conventions/quality standards, and review RTL and microarchitecture across the team.
  • •Champion AI tools in the design flow by identifying where they create leverage and helping the team adopt them effectively.
  • •Partner with architects, verification, DFT, and physical design teams to support integration, timing closure, and bring-up; lead pre-silicon debug and root-cause analysis through resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •6+ years of hands-on logic design experience delivering complex RTL/microarchitecture to silicon.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, or strong interest in applying AI to improve hardware development workflows.
  • •Experience designing accelerators or compute-heavy AI/ML datapath IPs.
  • •Familiarity with the full hardware development cycle, including verification, DFT, and physical design considerations.
