A Talent Strategist partners with business or product teams to design and run end-to-end hiring operations, source exceptional candidates, and ensure team fit. You’ll build sourcing strategies, manage pipelines with a data-driven mindset, and embed with leaders across the organization to enable fast and effective hiring at Palantir.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and own the entire hiring lifecycle, including job description crafting, referral engagement, talent sourcing, interview process design, offer and closing, and evaluation of the end-to-end process for strength and risk.
•Actively surface talent using a range of strategies, from referrals to sourcing new leads.
•Build deep relationships with your business or product team as well as the talent you guide into Palantir.
•Embed with a range of counterparts at the company, from the C-suite to Forward Deployed Engineering, to ensure strong candidate fit and momentum.
•Continuously optimize hiring operations by testing, learning from data, and adapting to changing business needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

•1+ years of experience identifying, recruiting, and working with exceptional talent (does not need to be traditional Recruiting experience; we are open to a range of backgrounds).
•Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience designing and owning the full hiring lifecycle (job description crafting, referral engagement, sourcing, interview design, offers, and closing).
•Ability to surface talent using multiple strategies and build relationships with business or product teams.
•Demonstrated data-driven approach to managing candidate pipelines and hiring processes.
