Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years progressive construction management, site supervision, or project coordination, including 5+ years leading electrical, industrial, or general construction projects.
  • •OR a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant construction management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or project management role.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy).
  • •5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects as a project manager or construction manager, preferably on large complex projects.
  • •PMP or Commissioning Agent Certification, plus proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ProCore) and OSHA 10 & 30 general industry or construction certification.
