Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision, strategy, and execution of organic search performance and GEO readiness across ASOS.
  • •Lead technical SEO and content optimisation, setting priorities, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned to commercial and customer goals.
  • •Represent SEO at a senior level, influencing prioritisation, investment, and roadmap decisions.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to embed SEO requirements into site architecture, crawl efficiency, internal linking, and indexation.
  • •Measure, diagnose, and report organic search performance, using insights to guide investment decisions, experimentation, and prioritisation.
