Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness of all bars and the work area to departmental standards.
  • •Maintain bar and service ware during shift and continuously clean the bar area.
  • •Assist with bartending services required to fulfill customer requests.
  • •Obtain and replenish bar stock, ice, and service items; replenish beverage storage items.
  • •Replace beer kegs, soda/CO2 tanks, and wine-on-tap containers as required, and assist with bar set-up/break-down.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid ABC Card required.
  • •Ability to lift 30–100 pounds.
  • •Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with later hours.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working closely and efficiently with others.
  • •Perform reaching and stooping motions repeatedly and move throughout bar/venue areas for the entire shift.
