  • •Drive operating rhythm through Weekly Business Reviews, Company QBRs, and OKR tracking; flag performance gaps early.
  • •Lead ambiguous cross-functional special projects from framing and chartering through measurable delivery and transition to a permanent owner.
  • •Build and maintain AI workflows that automate recurring operational work (meeting prep, action tracking, metric summaries) with verified data and human review.
