Technical Service Representative

Provide efficient technical assistance to customers for Amcor packaging equipment, ensuring safety and optimum performance. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machine issues, identify equipment and packaging material problems, and document work with accurate reporting and audits. Support installations, start-ups, field trials, and customer training on proper operation and maintenance, while scheduling travel and prioritizing customer calls.
