Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely technical assistance to customers for packaging equipment operations and support quality/packaging performance improvements.
  • •Service customer equipment as needed to maintain optimum equipment performance and packaging film/shrink bag performance.
  • •Conduct machine and packaging film/shrink bag audits and maintain accurate, timely reports on work activities and time utilization.
  • •Assist with installation, start-up, and field trials for packaging equipment and materials, including input on design/installation/start-up with suppliers or R&D.
  • •Schedule travel, prioritize customer calls, and provide customer training on proper operation and maintenance of equipment and Amcor film.
