Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, train, and coach mechanics and fleet support teams responsible for deploying and retrieving electric vehicles.
  • •Build and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment supplying a fully operational fleet.
  • •Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence in the warehouse.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs to measure profitability, revenue, and operational performance for the market(s).
  • •Provide complaint management and support investigations for customer incidents, partnering with the Government Relations representative on legal, regulatory, and safety issues.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally 1+ year in an operations role.
  • •Experience leading teams or groups is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated expertise with the Nottingham region and the ability to anticipate operational needs and challenges.
  • •Grit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • •Fluent verbal and written English; familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau & SQL knowledge is a bonus).
