Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive manufacturing execution excellence and customer experience across delivery, quality, cost, and transformation.
  • •Lead lab operations, equipment maintenance, and field service/depot repair processes.
  • •Ensure EMS partner sites deploy QMS across their operations.
  • •Own operational excellence metrics (e.g., ACT Yield, timely Delivery) and associated business results.
  • •Solve factory-related quality issues using failure analysis processes; reduce cycle time and optimize test to improve cost and lead time.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of Supply Chain Electronics Technical Operations experience in Failure Analysis, Test Development Engineering, or Manufacturing Process experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • •5+ years of personnel management experience with leadership role in Supply Chain and team development.
  • •Strong knowledge of Failure Analysis, Functional Test and/or PCBA SMT operations and factory management; able to implement technical strategies.
  • •Must be on-site everyday; English and Vietnamese proficiency (Chinese preferred).
