Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems received via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • •Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and correct core problems.
  • •Perform routine system maintenance and analysis, including hardware configuration changes and adding/removing/replacing components.
  • •Install operating system patches/upgrades via SCCM Software Center and provide remote support for telework/home users, ensuring applications work over VPN and/or Citrix.
  • •Support enterprise groups (network and security operation centers), including local cabling, wireless services, encryption checks, asset inventory/receipting, disposal preparation, and onsite training of customer support personnel.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 0–3 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •US Citizen.
  • •High degree of technical proficiency.
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • •Minimum 6 months troubleshooting Apple Macintosh software and hardware in a customer service role (preferred).
