Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of the 5-year Product Portfolio Plan and align with evolving business priorities.
  • •Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain to identify and develop outsource partners for products, sub-assemblies, and technologies.
  • •Define processes for partner engagement (RFI/RFP) and establish models for OPEX, CAPEX, and resource planning.
  • •Manage central tracking of all external partner activities within Beauty.
  • •Recommend delivery models for new products and leverage partnerships for cost, size, and performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years’ experience managing technical or manufactured products end-to-end.
  • •Strong understanding of tooling, manufacturing techniques, and product development frameworks.
  • •Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering; exposure to operations, procurement, and supply chain.
  • •Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within spec and budget.
