Sr Cust Exp Specialist

Serve as the primary customer contact for an assigned project, handling inbound customer calls and emails about order inquiries including ship dates, issues, order changes, and repairs. Assist other customer service associates with administrative tasks. Coordinate with Technical Support, Logistics, and Operations to resolve customer issues, and support end-to-end ordering workflows such as order entry, expediting, change orders, monitoring order status, and resolving discrepancies.
