Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting military/defense programs.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret clearance post-start required) requiring U.S. citizenship.
  • •Complete the required assessment as part of the selection process to be considered.
  • •Preferred: experience with the C-17 platform.
