Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced embryology and andrology procedures including ICSI, embryo culture and assessment, embryo transfer, biopsy, cryopreservation, and gamete handling.
  • •Ensure effective laboratory operations, equipment management, safety, and quality control.
  • •Maintain high standards of quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Provide technical guidance, training, supervision, and mentorship to embryologists and laboratory staff.
  • •Collaborate with clinicians and multidisciplinary teams and contribute to research, service development, and improved laboratory techniques and protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology or Reproductive Sciences.
  • •Valid or eligible DHA, DOH or MOH licence as an Embryologist.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IVF laboratory with hands-on key procedures including ICSI, embryo culture, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, and sperm preparation.
  • •Desired: 8 years’ experience in an IVF laboratory.
  • •Experience in a JCI-accredited facility or multi-site IVF operation, or prior involvement in embryology research/quality assurance programs.
