Bakery Processing Operator 3rd Shift (10:15pm-6:45am) Pay $21.40 Plus $0.50 Shift Diff

Operate processing/baking machinery safely and continuously to produce product within Quality Assurance guidelines. Mix ingredients, monitor and adjust temperature/moisture, and remove improperly formed product while tracking batch sheet details. Perform changeovers and preventative maintenance, follow sanitation/chemical handling procedures, log key production parameters, and monitor for foreign matter. Use material handling equipment as needed and maintain 5S and safety standards, including possible mandatory overtime.
