Key Responsibilities

  • •Unify data sets from osquery, device management tools, network logs, and other systems into a Data360 environment.
  • •Support build-out of agentic workflows and automations using Agentforce and Data360 Workflows to improve employee experience.
  • •Write and maintain automations in Python, Swift, and Go running on platforms like MuleSoft and AWS.
  • •Integrate and work with APIs such as Jamf API, Workspace One UEM API, FleetDM API, SCCM API, and Intune API.
  • •Partner with peer IT teams to maintain and troubleshoot serverless infrastructure in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate).

Key Requirements

  • •A related technical degree or equivalent practical experience required.
  • •Some experience with Salesforce and Data360 (Data Cloud), or equivalent platforms.
  • •Solid understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST) and how they integrate systems.
  • •Some experience working in cloud and serverless environments, with a preference for AWS.
  • •Working knowledge of AI technologies and interest in their applications in automation.
