Plant Manager

Lead all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities for a power plant, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Provide first-line supervision for plant O&M personnel, develop and enforce safety procedures, and manage outage and modification planning. Own O&M budgeting, reporting, plant procedure updates, and communication with employees, owners, customers, and NRG corporate stakeholders, with periodic travel for business and training.
