Key Responsibilities

  • •Review bids and prepare sunshine letters and surety bonds as needed
  • •Prepare service requests to ensure invoices and other documents are issued accurately and on time
  • •Prospect with team members and build a network within the construction industry
  • •Deliver excellent service to an existing Surety book of business
  • •Coordinate the account team and provide oversight, including client service plans that prioritize activities and profitability

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 68,800 - 93,870 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Construction Surety Bonds preferred; open to candidates from Property and Casualty insurance
  • •Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with senior clients and colleagues
  • •Strong organizational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • •High attention to detail and commitment to thorough review of work
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
