Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in client and prospect meetings and collaborate on coverage strategy and marketing initiatives for renewals and new business.
  • •Prepare and present marketing proposals and negotiate with underwriters for best terms, conditions, premiums, and coverage.
  • •Follow up with insurers to confirm negotiated contract terms are met and approve documentation for contract and policy changes and renewals.
  • •Analyze client risk exposure and detail coverage requirements.
  • •Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to less experienced brokers and build relationships within the underwriting community.
