Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and process inpatient and outpatient bills accurately and on a timely schedule.
  • •Verify insurance coverage, approvals, co-payments, and policy validity prior to billing to prevent claim rejections.
  • •Post daily inpatient charges in coordination with clinical documentation and update the billing system with deposits/advances.
  • •Resolve billing-related inquiries from patients and internal departments, explaining financial responsibilities and estimated costs.
