Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation of strategic tasks aligning programs with business strategy and goals.
  • •Develop multi-year business plans, execution approach, roadmaps, work plans, budgets, dependencies, and timing for new programs.
  • •Prepare stakeholder status reports, identifying risks/issues, and create performance metrics, dashboards, and management tools.
  • •Direct analyses and root-cause identification, and recommend key work products while negotiating program tradeoffs with IT and the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of project and/or program management experience, including defining a new program and/or managing large-scale projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience executing on program strategies using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
  • •Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures, plus comprehensive program management knowledge including change management principles.
