Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sourcing costing performance for sourcing liaison offices by implementing costing strategies, policies, processes, systems, and standards.
  • •Ensure execution of standard costing processes and lead costing teams (including Tier 1) to achieve target FOB goals within timelines.
  • •Train and support sourcing operations teams and Tier 1s on cost drivers, costing frameworks, and consistent, accurate cost sheets.
  • •Collect and analyze costing data for selected products/categories and participate as a project member in related projects.
  • •Conduct costing audits with supplier partners, propose improvements, and support compliance and cost-saving discussions including escalations for surcharges.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or technical degree in apparel, footwear, or manufacturing.
  • •5+ years of experience in the apparel & footwear industry with costing responsibility.
  • •Strong understanding of product construction, manufacturing operations, and product costing/product development/production.
  • •Strong understanding of country/region/global cost drivers and end-to-end costing/sourcing process.
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken).
