Job Summary

Serve as an HR partner for Emerson teams in Novi, Michigan, advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, ethics investigations, and policy execution. Lead onboarding and exit processes, analyze employee feedback to spot trends, and improve HR service delivery for greater efficiency. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and coach stakeholders through complex workplace situations, working closely with Legal when needed.

•Provide advice and direction to managers on employee relations issues, including mediating and resolving workplace conflicts with Legal when vital.
•Support performance management with feedback, coaching, and improvement plans, offering guidance on performance challenges and development.
•Lead investigations and resolution of ethics complaints with confidentiality and integrity, mentoring on ethical issues and compliance policies.
•Lead onboarding and exit processes (check-ins and exit interviews) and analyze employee feedback to identify trends affecting the workforce.
•Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to increase efficiency, and maintain compliance while communicating and training on HR policies.
