  • •Formulate and coordinate accountable segment strategy to achieve service market share and margin aligned with region heads and HQ stakeholders.
  • •Drive sPDP priorities by ensuring accurate SAM/SOM through phase gates and positioning sPDP based on customer/competitive landscape.
  • •Support region-based business development teams to achieve segment business objectives.
  • •Own profitability/market share, analyze data, recommend pricing, and lead customer experience/relationship-building during SCLA customer visits.
