Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework across People and COO organizations.
  • •Write and edit internal audience content across internal wiki and other channels, including consistent messaging for company updates and initiatives.
  • •Design and run an employee listening framework across employee groups and key moments, and translate feedback into action.
  • •Build and document recognition frameworks and integrate recognition into tools and processes (e.g., Slack, Workday), aligned with company values.
  • •Plan culture initiatives and company events/community programming for remote/distributed hubs, using data to track awareness/adoption and tell decisions-ready stories.
