Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with executing local procurement strategies, contracts, and supplier relationship management within global category frameworks.
  • •Utilize and optimize requisition-to-payment and ordering process and procedures.
  • •Help source and execute purchases for indirect materials and services not covered by existing agreements, including coordinating RFQs and supporting total cost of ownership determinations.
  • •Monitor and review supplier pricing, interface with other departments, and help resolve supplier issues involving supply, pricing, quality, and delivery.
  • •Identify and report cost take-out opportunities; perform required administrative duties (files, records, internal systems) and provide backup coverage for agents at other locations.

Key Requirements
