Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of conversational AI products/use cases end-to-end, including roadmap, prioritization, requirements, launch, performance, and iteration.
  • •Define success metrics across renter value, partner value, and business outcomes, not only conversational quality.
  • •Monitor post-launch performance, identify opportunities and regressions, and drive roadmap improvements.
  • •Translate ambiguous problems and partner/operational feedback into prioritized roadmap items, requirements, and Jira tickets/PRDs.
  • •Own the evaluation and feedback loop (e.g., tagger feedback, language tests, data labeling) and run A/B and Data Science experiments to validate improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management, technical program management, or engineering experience with strong execution, ideally in AI/ML or conversational products.
  • •Excellent written communication and documentation skills in English.
  • •Highly analytical and methodical with strong attention to detail and a bias toward action.
  • •Comfort owning ambiguous, unscoped work and turning it into a shipped, QA’d product with limited oversight.
  • •Based in Israel with willingness to work a shifted schedule (late evenings Monday–Thursday) to overlap with the US-based team.
