Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor AMHS operations and proactively detect and respond to system issues to keep manufacturing flow continuous.
  • •Troubleshoot electromechanical equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including setup and calibration.
  • •Log system problems and errors accurately in designated databases to maintain detailed records.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, and technical drawings.
  • •Support AMHS installation/modification projects and partner with engineering and service desk teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •High school/GED (or higher) plus 4+ years relevant hands-on technical or military technical experience, or 2.5+ years equipment maintenance experience, or 3+ years technical work experience.
  • •Associate’s degree in a STEM field related to semiconductor manufacturing (Manufacturing Engineering Technology) or a relevant STEM discipline plus 2+ years relevant equipment maintenance experience.
  • •Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on electromechanical equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • •Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on AMHS equipment and sub-assemblies, including setup and calibration.
  • •Ability to work in a clean room for most of the shift and complete physical tasks such as lifting 25-pound parts and climbing/ladders as needed.
