Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet process objectives.
  • •Execute process experiments (SWRs) and model, collect, and analyze device and process yield data.
  • •Work with design and system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure process technologies meet objectives.
  • •Collaborate with business units to set process targets for transistor and passive device performance.
  • •Support manufacturing to drive process and material development and help meet cost, performance, reliability, and yield goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • •Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA.
  • •Semiconductor device physics coursework and/or research experience (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and time management (preferred).
