Lead the establishment and operational execution of technician training programs for the Ohio Arsenal. •Stand up and optimize Ohio technician training operations, ensuring strict alignment with central Manufacturing Training and Development guidelines.
•Project manage critical training initiatives in partnership with cross-functional departments (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Safety).
•Navigate ambiguity and lead change as new product lines originate from other sites and transition to the Arsenal.
•Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify skills gaps, performance bottlenecks, and training opportunities, then translate them into structured training solutions.
•Direct-manage, coach, and develop one Ohio-based Technician Trainer and help scale the training team as operations grow.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 129,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of progressive experience in Technical Training, Manufacturing Training, or Operations-focused Learning & Development.
•Strong project management skills leading complex training initiatives from conception to execution.
•Perform rigorous training needs analyses and translate operational requirements into technical curricula.
•Experience managing, mentoring, or leading at least one direct report (trainers, instructors, or instructional designers).
•Direct experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or heavy industrial operations environment; eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
