Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client financial wellness recommendations by assessing needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering/referencing investment and insurance solutions.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline using prospecting, disciplined calling efforts, and documentation of calling activities.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to conduct meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including teller-line client transactions and branch huddles/debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Interpersonal interaction skills and the ability to build rapport quickly (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
