Job Summary

Partner with clients in KeyBank communities as part of the Private Client Program, delivering plan-based financial advice and referring the right investment and insurance solutions. Build a referral pipeline through prospecting and relationship management with internal and external centers of influence. Support branch operations, open personal and business accounts, and help drive sales activity and compliance through documented client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client financial wellness recommendations by assessing needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering/referencing investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline using prospecting, disciplined calling efforts, and documentation of calling activities.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to conduct meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including teller-line client transactions and branch huddles/debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal interaction skills and the ability to build rapport quickly (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
