Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, program, integrate, and commission automation and control systems for gas-engineering projects from early design through start-up and operational handover.
  • •Develop automation solutions for manufacturing lines, including robotic systems, machine vision, material handling, and other advanced factory technologies.
  • •Troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade in-house and third-party equipment to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and operator experience.
  • •Collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, production, and maintenance teams to translate operational needs into robust technical solutions.
  • •Prepare and maintain technical documentation (control narratives, functional descriptions, drawings, test procedures) and train end users when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechatronic, Computer, or a closely related Engineering field.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or integration/commissioning of industrial equipment.
  • •Practical experience with PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, industrial networks, field instrumentation, and protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or OPC UA.
  • •Experience programming ABB and/or KUKA industrial robots is highly desirable.
  • •Experience with robotics, machine vision, automated manufacturing equipment, and/or process plants involving gases (or other industrial utilities), plus fluent Spanish and English.
