Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 systems engineers delivering high-assurance aircraft landing recovery through Guidance Quality (GQ) Algorithms. Own execution against cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments while partnering with project engineers and program management. Drive verification/validation, cost account management, continuous improvement, and proposal approval, while contributing individual technical work using MATLAB/Simulink and simulation data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a team of 10–20 systems engineers as Section Lead on complex projects.
•Coach and support verification and validation (V&V) activities across supported programs.
•Perform Cost Account Management (CAM) duties for Guidance Quality within larger projects.
•Provide technical leadership across design and development execution, continuous improvement, and proposal approval.
•Collaborate with cross-domain stakeholders across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, including bid & pursuit.

Key Requirements

•Subject matter expertise with MATLAB, Simulink, and simulation data analysis.
•Extensive experience as a Cost Account Management (CAM) lead.
•Previous exposure to Autoland algorithms.
•Experience with Global Trade and U.S. export regulations, including ITAR and EAR.
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years).
