Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload finished goods and raw materials, including sorting dunnage and moving pallets and plastic to staging or storage.
  • •Perform receiving and shipping functions: verify inbound/outbound quantities, record defects, create pick sheets, and complete BOLs and related paperwork.
  • •Use scanning and systems tools to manage inventory (RF/scan guns), operate within the MII system, and update/close logs and records at shift end.
  • •Maintain quality and production standards by inspecting materials, directing non-conforming parts to reprocess, and meeting customer quality requirements.
  • •Follow safety and GMP practices, maintain ergonomics, perform forklift operational checks and cleaning, and complete housekeeping/cleaning schedule tasks.
